Waterford Borough Announces Expansion of Downtown Façade Improvement Program
We are pleased to announce the establishment of a Waterford Community Farmers Market this year.The Market will take place on Thursday afternoons from 3pm- 6 pm in the Waterford Park.The Market will start June 27 and run through September.

1) An Ordinance Regulating The Use Of Consumer And Display Fireworks Within Waterford Borough
2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 227, Article I of Waterford Code Of Ordinances To Regulate Street Cuts Or Other Openings Or Excavations Within Borough Rights Of Way

Waterford Borough Council Adopted a New Public Comment Policy for Council Meetings – the new rules will begin October 2014.

Note to Dog Owners
Dog owners must immediately remove all feces deposited by any sanitary method and same is to be deposited in the owner’s garbage or disposed of in some other sanitary method. There is a lot of evidence in public areas of town that this is not being done. Do your part and clean up after your pets for the health, safety and welfare of your fellow residents. Failure to do so could result in fines and costs.
Please remember that outdoor burning days are Wednesday and Saturday only from 8 A.M. to 7 P.M. Only paper and wood products can be burned and all burning must be confined to containers no larger than 55 gallons. Burning of garbage and other items is prohibited and subject to fines.
Please note ordinance 169.5, section C: Trash containers. No person shall store trash or garbage container/disposal bags other than in the rear or side yard locations of any residential or multiple unit dwelling, except trash or garbage container/disposal bags may be placed at curbside collection points after 6:00 P.M. on the day prior to scheduled collection. Empty trash/garbage container/disposal bags shall be removed from the collection points prior to 6:00 P.M. on the day of collection. In no event shall such container/disposal bags remain at curbside for more than 24 hours.
