Spring is upon us and we are all eager to get outside and do some maintenance in preparation for summer. We ask that leaves are bagged and not left in piles at the edge of the roadway. When left there unbadged it causes clogged drains. Please bag your leaves and if you are using black bags be sure to contact the streets department (814) 796-4411 and they will take care of them. Please remember there is no burning of leaves in the borough.
